Ingredients
3 avocados
1 lime
3 tablespoons cilantro
2 roma tomatoes
½ cup diced onion
1 teaspoon salt
1 pinch ground pepper (not necessary)
1 teaspoon minced garlic
Preparation
First things first – prepare the ingredients. Peel, pit and mash the avocados, juice the lime, and chop the cilantro.
Put the mashed avocados in a medium bowl, then pour the lime juice and spray the salt on top. Mix in the onion, cilantro, garlic, and tomatoes, and stir in the pepper.
For optimal flavor, leave it in the refrigerator for one hour, but you can also serve it immediately.
