Crepes are light, tasty and you can fill them with pretty much anything from jam, fresh fruit, chocolate, honey (honey and ground walnuts work especially good together as a filling), or even peanut butter.
Trying to flip these basic crepes like a professional will definitely test your skills in the kitchen. Once you masterd this skill you will never go back to making regular pancakes.
Ingredients
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 cups milk
3 eggs
2 tbsp melted butter
pinch of salt
Directions
Sift flour and salt into a bowl
Whisk together milk and eggs
Pour mixed milk and eggs into the flour and wisk util combined and creamy
Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat and brush the base with melted butter
When hot pour just enoguh batter to cover the bottom
Cook for about 1 minute, or until the top appears set then flip it over and cook for another 45 seconds
Transfet to plate and cover with foril so it stays warm
Repeat the steps with remaining batter stacking the crepes on the plate as you go
